Customer Success Manager - APAC

Fast-growing global start-up looking for an ambitious Customer Success Manager to help us revolutionise real estate for homeowners and agents

Job description

  • As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving the retention of named Adfenix customers in, primarily, the APAC region. In addition to retention, you will work with other members of the commercial team to increase our customers' adoption of Adfenix products, so sales and/or real estate experience would be an advantage. If you have been a CSM in a SaaS context, even better.


Responsibilities - what you'll do


You will work with key senior stakeholders at our customers to:

● Give them an exceptional experience of launching Adfenix’ products within their organisations

● Help them onboard Adfenix products to contribute towards their business success

● Craft and execute special projects to foster stronger partnerships demonstrating success

● As this is a remote position you need to be willing and able to work from your home or other public office space.

Your mission will be to take responsibility for all our Key Accounts in the APAC market where you will work the top executives in the world’s most digitally mature real estate market to:

● Grow their market shares and ensure that Adfenix is a critical element to their business success

● Give new customers an exceptional onboarding experience by following and improving our already battle-tested and world-class process.

● Work with our Marketing Team to ensure that users (agents) within your Key Accounts are growing and that they are on-boarded and trained to the level of professionalism that they expect and deserve. Requirements - who you are and what you need to know

  • You have 3+ years of demonstrable success in creating and executing plans to retain large size customers in the technology vertical
  • Working experience with customers in APAC
  • You are based in NSW, ideally Sydney
  • A strong desire to contribute towards building the Customer Success team in Adfenix
  • A methodical approach to dealing with issues in customers as part of retention work
  • Being calm and methodical, even under pressure
  • Flexibility to accommodate meeting time requirements of APAC customers and a global business environment
  • A strong team player, but with an ability to self-start and self-initiate
  • Demonstrable success in building relationships with executives at midsize to large companies
  • Real estate/prop tech experience in Australia and/or New Zealand will be an advantage.
